It's not working for me on Windows My PC far exceeds the specs for this game and all drivers far cry 2 for pc windows 10, of course, up to date. DX 10, DX 9, everything maxed out or everything set to low it doesn't matter I'm lucky if I can play for 40 minutes before it crashes to desk top.
I've searched the net high and low for some kind of solution and came up with nothing that can help. If fact I've spent more time searching for a solution than the 4 hrs playtime I've got into it. It works for me and officially it should work with Dor 10 but some people with Windows 10 are having issues.
Doom View Profile Fod Posts. If you run Far Cry 1 on Windows 10, you may need to revert back dor older graphics drivers. If it even runs at all.

I agree most games should still function, but they just don't wouldn't far cry 2 for pc windows 10 it's a OS issue, rather a Graphics problem, lots of "old" games don't work properly and due to video card drivers, it's not the drivers are bad, it's because of enhancements that doesn't work well with old games.

I just basically found other means to play the game, Xbox22 PS4. I fa a troubleshooter for over 17 years. It is what it is so I gave up trying old games on a new Windows 8 system. Just knew wasn't even possible. Most old games only go back so many DirectX versions Depends on the game and Video Card.
Windowz hope I am making sense here : I hate it as much as you all do.
